Better Future

The goal of New Journeys is to give women in need hope for a future where their dreams can become reality and their families can experience self-sufficiency. Students receive instruction in a vast array of life and job skills classes which include Bible, computers, parenting, health, nutrition, money management, job readiness and professional development.

Bigger Hope

Success in the New Journeys Job Corps program is fueled by the participant’s desire to accomplish their personal goals. Trained mentors serve as role models to demonstrate faith, values and self-motivation. Program volunteers help students understand Biblical truth about their value and self-worth.

More Love

Teachers, mentors, prayer warriors and community business leaders offer each woman in the News Journeys program friendship, the love of Christ, support and encouragement. Generous gifts of individuals, area churches and local businesses make the program possible. Women in the New Journeys Job Corps program have unlimited access to wise counsel from  people who love the Lord.
